At The Formal Club, we strive to ensure you look your best; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garments are folded neatly in their original packaging with all brand tags and invoices included to prevent damage during transit.

  Pickup and Inspection

  Our courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep within 48 hours, after which our team will conduct a thorough quality inspection.

  Refund or Exchange

  Once approved, your replacement will be dispatched or a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
